By using EMS in a personally tailored exercise regime, our members can experience all the benefits of an intensive workout in a fraction of the time. After all, why work out for hours if a scientifically proven 20-minute workout is all it takes – smart eh?

As one of the few businesses in the UK to offer this, and the only one to offer it to such a high standard, we can understate the importance of our revolutionary fitness programme.

Clients who come to Bodystreet do not typically favour the large gyms, but prefer the boutique, personal service that we excel in. That has an extra benefit for you as a studio owner too: a smaller studio with shorter sessions means smaller overheads while still delivering the same results. No need for multiple sets of expensive equipment that needs to be constantly cleaned and maintained, and no need for all that extra admin and cost. Smart too!

A Different Way of Doing Things

During the second half of 2020, some gym providers in the UK saw their revenue drop by as much as 94% as their members cancelled their subscriptions and direct debits, whereas Bodystreet was able to retain between 60% and 80% of its members. This is down to the one-to-one connection that we mentioned above – something that few other gyms and fitness providers can match.

While 2020 was obviously an exceptional year in every way, our resilience in the face of the crisis highlighted one of the key aspects that makes us stand out from the competition. Most providers focus on a business model that attracts as many members and subscribers as possible at any one time, particularly in January and February, knowing that many of them will not keep up their visits in the long-term. This inevitably means cancellations will occur, and are made even more likely by major events like the pandemic.

Bodystreet works very differently. We focus on much smaller membership numbers, and use this to get to know every single one of our clients personally. This means we can communicate with them more effectively about their needs, and build up a loyalty that sets us apart. Most fitness providers have seen a big bounce back in their revenue since the lockdowns ended, but the EMS sector saw one of the most dramatic growths of all.
